RECLASSIFICATION EXERCISE 2020

(For contractuals agents 3a only)

Dear colleagues,

According to the schedule drawn up by the DG HR, the list of people proposed for the reclassification is published on 22 June in Sysper.

(Then select the exercise year 2020 for CA 3a) A It should be noted that the new GIP (General Implementation Provisions, published in November 2017) does not provide for a reclassification for CA 3b.

As a reminder, you must: • Have at least 2 years of seniority in your grade as of December 31, 2020; • Have a minimum contract duration of at least 3 years; • Be active (or leave sick, maternity, parental, family, military service at the start of the reclassification exercise;

If you are not on the list, you have the possibility to make an appeal (the deadline for the introduction of this appeal is 5 working days).

Nota Bene: validated and justified absences are not taken into account for this period.

It is essential in your appeal to detail as much as possible and in a concise manner, your merits, your responsabilities, the languages used and all the factual elementats that would objectively justify your promotion.

Appeals will then be analyzed by the Joint Promotion Committee, in which SFE takes part.

The final list of promoted people will be published in November.

As always, we can advise you and help you for your appeal.

The SFE union cannot guarantee that you will have your reclassification, even if you have made an appeal. It also depends on several factors (availability of quotas given by DG HR in your DG and the number of people in the same rank as you).
