Subscriptions are intended to cover the costs of the actions undertaken by Conf-SFE, administrative expenses, in particular the costs of the secretariat, publications, the distribution of information and legal assistance.
The Annual General Meeting decides on the minimum contributions.
The current yearly subscription is based on the monthly salary, and is as follows:
The yearly payment is made by standing order, which we send to your bank. Our Treasurer will send you a letter if your subscription is not received. In the event of having changed your bank account number, a new standing order form will be send to you. Please excuse us for any unnecessary bother but these letters are send out automatically. A normal subscription can never be reimbursed, only mistakes made by the bank can eventually be reimbursed.
At the time of the Annual General Meeting, members are informed about the income and expenditure of our organisation. An Financial Control Committee examins the accounts each year.
Our strike fund has been wound up, but the Executive Committee wil take the necessary measures in the event of a conflict. It can thus decide the re-introduction of a fund and/or of a payment.
